Under new regulations from November 2025, all Directors and/or PSC's are required to verify their identity with Companies House. As an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP), Paramount Company Formations can complete this process on your behalf.
To support this, we have partnered with SmartSearch, a secure electronic identity verification provider.
After placing your order, you will receive an email  requesting your ID and details needed from us. Individuals with UK identity documents, the following items may be used:

Once SmartSearch completes your verification, Paramount Company Formations will submit your identity for final verification with Companies House.
You will receive an email directly from Companies House that contains your unique 11 digit identification number.
This number is required when:
