What Is A Company Formations E-Package?

A company formations e-package is an entry level company formation service for:

• People who wish to protect their company name from competitors
• Companies who wish to form a dormant company, often with the aim of protecting a name or idea within a separate company wrapper
• People who wish to legally set up a company, but are not yet looking to trade

Upon receiving your order, we will email you a detailed questionnaire for completion. Once returned we will then file the required documentation immediately with Companies House. Incorporation usually takes just four or five hours.

This service is for single director/single shareholder companies. This for a simple registration and not for any registration that has sensitive wording or will require any extra work or emails. Clients requiring such a formation need to apply for our standard formation.

This package includes:

• Free banking for 12 months

Free Business Bank Account

As part of the Company Formations package, you are entitled to a Free Business Bank account for 12 months as part of the Barclays New Business Introducers scheme. This offer is for UK clients, overseas clients usually open the bank account in their own country. To apply for a Tide bank account you’ll need a valid UK mobile number, and a device that’s linked to a UK App or Google Play store. In some cases, Tide may need to run some additional checks to process your application.
